What you will do

• Plan, execute, and analyze user acquisition campaigns across performance channels.
• Ensure marketing campaigns drive high-quality users efficiently, with a focus on ROAS and scalability.
• Identify platform trends and best practices and apply them to campaigns.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to foster product growth.
• Drive experimentation with marketing partners.

Requirements

• 2+ years of performance marketing experience in mobile user acquisition across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Snapchat, Twitter Advertising).
• Hands-on experience executing programmatic ad buys on at least one mobile demand-side platform.
• Experience running UA campaigns internationally.
• Deep understanding of mobile and web attribution models (e.g., SKAN, AppsFlyer).
• Strong analytical and Excel skills.
• English: upper-intermediate or advanced.

Nice to have

• Experience in Health Tech.
• Experience with data aggregation tools such as Funnel.io or Fivetran.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager and GA4.
