IT Lawyer

Overview

You will drive key legal topics and help to implement internal legal processes and best practices. You will also support the Senior Legal Counsel on legal and related tasks.

What you will do

• Drive legal topics and implement internal legal processes.
• Provide legal support to the business and project stakeholders.
• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts and legal documentation.
• Manage corporate and HR legal routines.
• Monitor relevant legislation.
• Maintain all legal documentation related to the product.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• 3–4 years of experience in legal practice, including at least 2–3 years in the tech/IT sector.
• Solid understanding of digital product regulations, tech law, privacy, IP, platform/content liability, media, and consumer protection.
• Strong working knowledge of GDPR, UK GDPR, and global data protection frameworks.
• Familiarity with the EU AI Act, EU Digital Services Act, UK Online Safety Act.
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level required).

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Law.
• Russian and/or Greek language skills.
