What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing DevOps Platform engineering team.
• Define and drive a Developer Experience (DevEx) tooling strategy to streamline and accelerate the SDLC.
• Deliver scalable internal tools and self-services aligned with platform architecture and security requirements.
• Build and maintain scalable, resilient platform infrastructure supporting rapid engineering growth.
• Participate in architecture and design reviews, providing guidance for troubleshooting complex platform and service issues.
• Evaluate and adopt new technologies to enhance developer productivity, security, and stability.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Software, DevOps, or Infrastructure Developer.
• 3+ years in a team lead or management role.
• Proven experience in building and scaling developer tools, platforms, or infrastructure.
• Strong development skills in Python, Groovy, or equivalent.
• Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containers and orchestrators (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS).
• Experience with CI/CD and configuration management (Jenkins, Git, Ansible, Terraform).
• Experience building fully automated, IaC-based environments.
• Fluent in English, strong writing skills required.

• Familiarity with open-source ecosystems.
