Associate Solution Architect (E-commerce)

Location: Hybrid role, with occasional in-person workshops across the Nordics, Benelux & DACH region. Must have the right to work in the EU without limitations.

What you will do

• Resolve technical issues within hirify.global Elevate and guide users through complex use cases.
• Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and partners on configuration and onboarding.
• Work with Product Development to clarify bugs and systemic issues, providing clear documentation.
• Define and present efficient, scalable solutions aligned with best practices during onboarding.
• Coordinate with full-service partners to align technical execution with platform capabilities and customer needs.
• Share observations and learnings from real-world implementations to shape product enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven hands-on experience with programming languages relevant to modern web technologies.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Familiarity with XML, JSON, REST APIs, and scripting or lightweight development tasks.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Full proficiency in English, both written and spoken (C1 required).
• Right to work in the EU without limitations is required.

Nice to have

• Dutch or German language skills.
• Previous experience in SaaS environments, especially involving platform monitoring or AWS.
• Background in solution architecture or systems integration.
• Understanding of retail, e-commerce, or marketing technology ecosystems.
• Familiarity with tools such as Postman, Linux, or Jenkins.
