Location: Hybrid (minimum 2.5 days per week in the office in Amsterdam, Netherlands)

What you will do

• Create high-quality, engaging graphic designs with a strong focus on audience-targeted visuals.
• Generate creative ideas and transform concepts into visually compelling marketing materials.
• Lead projects to strengthen and unify the brand identity across all visual touchpoints.
• Produce and edit videos for the website and multiple platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Design print materials such as flyers, banners, brochures, and stands.
• Improve visuals with motion graphic elements to enhance content appeal and explainability.
• Help ensure consistent use of the brand identity across all assets.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and video-editing tools.
• Basic experience in motion design.
• Completed a degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Passion for marketing and visual design.
• Strong eye for detail and design to create clean, professional visuals.
• Proactive and entrepreneurial spirit with good organizational skills.
