Graphic Designer (Video & Social)

Graphic Designer (Video & Social Media): Designing and producing compelling videos and social media content for a financial operating system with an accent on brand consistency, engaging storytelling, and visual impact. Location: This role is based out of Bogotá, Colombia, and is a full-time hybrid position where it is required to come into our office in the Parque de la 93 area (2-3 days/week).

What you will do

• Produce amazing videos including product showcases, ads, and scroll-stopping content for platforms like TikTok.
• Develop and execute content strategy for social media channels to grow community and engagement.
• Collaborate with the Lead Designer on eye-catching designs for ads, emails, and the company website.
• Utilize the latest AI tools like Veo 3 and Canva to enhance creativity and design efficiency.
• Maintain and evolve the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all creative outputs.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills, especially video projects.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok) and content strategy to create engaging posts.
• Proficiency in video editing software including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, and Figma.
• Familiarity with or eagerness to learn AI design tools like Gemini Veo 3 and ChatGPT.
• Excellent eye for typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
• At least two years of professional design team experience.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Portuguese.
• Experience with Webflow design.
