What you will do

• Develop prototype solutions, mathematical models, algorithms, and machine learning techniques for complex data sets.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and provide optimization recommendations for KPIs.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, business analysts, and data engineers to understand and support use cases.
• Identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
• Drive innovation by exploring new experimentation methods and statistical techniques.
• Cross-train other team members and continuously learn new technologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science solutions development.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 4+ years applying various machine learning techniques and with Python development (Pandas, SciPy, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, statsmodels, imbalanced-learn).
• Experience with SQL for data processing and 2+ years with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
• 3+ years creating/maintaining OOP Machine Learning solutions and understanding CRISP-ML(Q) / TDSP concepts.
• 1+ year of MLOps experience (integration of ML Pipelines, Docker, containerization, orchestration) and 2+ years with Clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Cloud AI/ML Services.
