What you will do

• Lead merchant onboarding processes in line with acquiring and scheme compliance requirements.
• Review and assess KYC, KYB, and underwriting documentation with a strong focus on scheme compliance.
• Collaborate closely with sales, compliance, and risk teams to support onboarding workflows.
• Handle complex onboarding cases, particularly from high-risk industries.
• Ensure ongoing alignment with Visa and Mastercard requirements.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding processes and controls.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in card acquiring.
• 3+ years of experience in merchant onboarding, underwriting, or KYC roles.
• Background in high-risk industries such as crypto, forex, or adult.
• Solid understanding of card scheme requirements and payments compliance.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
