What you will do

• Lead design and architecture of highly scalable backend services and APIs for global Support.
• Own end-to-end integration strategy for complex vendor software.
• Partner with Product and Design leadership to define technical roadmap and vision.
• Drive engineering excellence through best practices for testing, deployment, and observability.
• Mentor and coach engineers to foster continuous learning and growth.
• Bridge frontend and backend architectures for a cohesive full-stack experience.

Requirements

• Extensive backend software engineering experience with Go or Python.
• Proven track record of architecting and deploying distributed systems and complex API ecosystems.
• Advanced experience managing and optimizing integrations with major enterprise vendor platforms.
• Strong ability to navigate frontend frameworks (e.g., React) for architectural guidance.
• Exceptional analytical and debugging skills.
• Collaborative leadership style with project delivery experience.
• English: Fluent required.
