What you will do

• Translate client needs into technical specifications for BI solutions using Tableau, Power BI, and Excel-based reporting.
• Design, develop, and deploy BI solutions and interactive dashboards.
• Apply data visualization best practices and advanced analytical techniques to support decision-making.
• Utilize agile and other delivery approaches while embedding QA reviews and unit testing.
• Collaborate with clients and project leads to refine reporting needs and present results.
• Manage and support BI/reporting developers, mentoring junior associates.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in Power BI/Tableau reporting and analytics projects (consulting experience preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and/or Tableau for dashboards, reports, and interactive visualizations.
• Strong expertise in SQL for querying, data analysis, and report development.
• Familiarity with data pipelines, data quality, and DBMS fundamentals.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with modern BI platforms.
• Understanding of data modeling concepts, BI data management best practices, and analytics methodologies.
• Basic exposure to cloud BI environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and distributed data systems.
• Foundational programming knowledge in Python or similar scripting languages for analytics/automation.
• Ability to work effectively in global, cross-functional teams.
