What you will do

• Dive into challenging technical issues related to AWS infrastructure and guide the team to tackle ambitious problems.
• Maintain and operate the team's AWS services, implementing Cloud Engineering best practices.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to cloud engineers and manage career development plans.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner and development teams to contribute to the product roadmap.
• Employ Agile methodologies to continuously deliver value to customers through efficient Cloud Engineering processes.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through retrospection.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8+ years of hands-on experience with AWS services, including Containers, AWS Fargate, Serverless computing, Cloud cost management and optimization, and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of AWS networking concepts.
• Extensive experience with Linux-based operating systems, including proficiency in shell scripting, system administration, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.
• Strong understanding and implementation experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Minimum 10 years industry experience.
