• Manage creative development for assigned category brands.
• Art directs and designs to achieve optimal creative solutions, ensuring adherence to brand style guides.
• Challenge the status quo and identify enhancement opportunities.
• Ensure accurate, consistent, and timely completion of designs.
• Facilitate open communication within the team.
• Prioritize workload and meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Adept in creative ideation, visual communication design, and advertising and shopper marketing.
• 5+ years of graphic design experience.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Illustration, Digital, or related field.
• Proficiency in Mac OS and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Microsoft Office Suite, and Keynote.
• Expertise in print production techniques.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
