What you will do

• Build and roll out new features for the Grafana Knowledge Graph, iterating based on results.
• Drive projects from initial ideation through to operations and customer delivery.
• Break down complex challenges into modular solutions, deliver MVPs, and iterate.
• Maintain critical systems, owning their reliability, performance, and availability.
• Participate in on-call rotations for owned services.
• Mentor team members, engage in design discussions, and influence product roadmap.

Requirements

• Strong coding skills in Java with operational experience running software.
• Experience working on a SaaS platform and with distributed systems problems (scalability, multi-tenancy, HA).
• Proficiency with Kubernetes and experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills for a fully remote setup.
• Customer-focused approach and willingness to collaborate across teams.
• Work from the US or Canada.
