Responsibilities:

🌸Create compelling banners for social media and contribute ideas to enhance graphics and branding.
🌸Maintain a consistent visual style across all SMM materials.
🌸Develop new templates and refine existing ones.
🌸Collaborate closely with SMM managers and the creative team.

Requirements:

💦5+ years of experience as a graphic designer, including 1+ year in a team lead role, preferably within SMM.
💦Proficient in Photoshop and Figma; familiarity with Illustrator.
💦Ability to deliver high-quality designs in a fast-paced environment.
💦Strong understanding of typography, composition, and color theory.
💦Creativity and a strong sense of visual trends in social media.
💦Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
💦Excellent team collaboration skills and the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback.
