What you will do

• Design newsletters, posters, banners, mailers, and internal communication creatives.
• Collaborate with the in-house designer to support ongoing design workflows.
• Utilize Adobe Firefly and Creative Cloud tools for AI-assisted visuals.
• Create visually compelling layouts optimized for print, emailers, and digital platforms.
• Ensure design consistency by adhering to brand guidelines across all collateral.
• Maintain an organized library of assets, templates, and design files.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (part-time, freelance, or agency experience acceptable).
• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant work (newsletters, posters, banners, digital media).
• Proficiency with Adobe Firefly (mandatory), Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Ability to convert AI-generated drafts into polished final designs.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience in motion graphics or simple animations.
• Experience in adapting designs for multiple formats (print, email, web).
• Familiarity with corporate communications or internal branding.
