What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of tier-1 and strategic B2B partners across multiple markets.
- Develop deep understanding of each partner’s business, player base, and KPIs to maximize mutual profitability.
- Conduct regular business reviews, performance analyses, and strategic growth plans with clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms, renewals, and promotional agreements aligned with company goals.
- Serve as the main escalation point for Live Casino performance, operational incidents, or commercial disputes.
- Contribute to Live Casino commercial strategy, including pricing, game rollout plans, and market prioritization.
Requirements
- 4+ years in B2B Account Management within iGaming / Live Casino / Online Gaming.
- Proven record of achieving commercial targets and growing key accounts.
- Experience managing multiple partners in fast-paced environments with complex technical and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong analytical mindset, able to interpret GGR reports, player behavior, and ROI data.
- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Solid understanding of Live Casino products, player engagement features, and KPIs.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities (English required; additional languages a plus).
