TL;DR

Senior Account Manager (iGaming): Building and maintaining long-term B2B relationships with a focus on driving revenue growth and client satisfaction in regulated and emerging markets. Focus on maximizing GGR, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and contributing to Live Casino commercial strategy.

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of tier-1 and strategic B2B partners across multiple markets.
  • Develop deep understanding of each partner’s business, player base, and KPIs to maximize mutual profitability.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, performance analyses, and strategic growth plans with clients.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, renewals, and promotional agreements aligned with company goals.
  • Serve as the main escalation point for Live Casino performance, operational incidents, or commercial disputes.
  • Contribute to Live Casino commercial strategy, including pricing, game rollout plans, and market prioritization.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in B2B Account Management within iGaming / Live Casino / Online Gaming.
  • Proven record of achieving commercial targets and growing key accounts.
  • Experience managing multiple partners in fast-paced environments with complex technical and regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong analytical mindset, able to interpret GGR reports, player behavior, and ROI data.
  • Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Solid understanding of Live Casino products, player engagement features, and KPIs.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities (English required; additional languages a plus).
