What you will do

• Lead the Data Platform team and define its roadmap based on business priorities and technical requirements.
• Contribute technically to the design and implementation of data solutions, including streaming, ETL, and middleware components.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure the highest impact and quality of data engineering work.
• Grow your team continuously and team up with other managers to set up the right culture and processes.
• Work closely with software engineers to guarantee data quality and integrity.

Requirements

• Sufficiently experienced to prioritize business-led actions on your day-to-day activity.
