What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI and data-driven solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional delivery teams including engineers, data scientists, product managers, ERP specialists, and external partners.
• Manage delivery governance including planning, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and change control.
• Act as the primary delivery interface for enterprise stakeholders, building trusted relationships with business, IT, and executive sponsors.
• Monitor delivery performance using data-driven metrics and continuously improve delivery processes, tooling, and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years’ experience delivering complex technology or data-driven programmes in enterprise environments.
• Proven track record managing multi-stream delivery involving ERP platforms, data, and analytics solutions.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts and their application within enterprise workflows (conceptual rather than hands-on development).
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with delivery and project management tools (e.g. Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Confluence).
