What you will do
- Lead the product release cycle, ensuring best practices in code reviews, documentation, and defect management.
- Design and develop secure, scalable web and service-oriented applications, including Windows Services and WCF.
- Collaborate with architects and product owners to implement innovative solutions and define technical roadmaps.
- Identify optimal technologies, evaluate AI tools, and integrate AI-driven features into products.
- Work with IT Operations to deploy, monitor, and tune application performance.
- Mentor and support team members, fostering growth and promoting best design practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software application development, with at least 3 years in a Technical Lead role.
- Expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET Framework, Web API, SQL Server, and Azure Cloud services.
- Strong experience with WCF, Windows Services, RESTful APIs, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Working knowledge of AI technologies, including Generative AI, LLMs, and OCR integration.
- Deep understanding of Software Design Patterns, SOLID principles, and Agile methodologies.
