Salary: $116,400.00 - $204,100.00 USD

What you will do

• Lead the product release cycle, ensuring best practices in code reviews, documentation, and defect management.
• Design and develop secure, scalable web and service-oriented applications, including Windows Services and WCF.
• Collaborate with architects and product owners to implement innovative solutions and define technical roadmaps.
• Identify optimal technologies, evaluate AI tools, and integrate AI-driven features into products.
• Work with IT Operations to deploy, monitor, and tune application performance.
• Mentor and support team members, fostering growth and promoting best design practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software application development, with at least 3 years in a Technical Lead role.
• Expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET Framework, Web API, SQL Server, and Azure Cloud services.
• Strong experience with WCF, Windows Services, RESTful APIs, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Working knowledge of AI technologies, including Generative AI, LLMs, and OCR integration.
• Deep understanding of Software Design Patterns, SOLID principles, and Agile methodologies.
