What you will do

• Design and deliver ML/LLM solutions end-to-end, from fast prototyping and offline evaluation to production rollout.
• Build and iterate on AI agents (RAG, vector search, memory, tools) using clear benchmarks and product metrics.
• Choose and implement the right ML, LLM, RAG, or agent architectures for each problem, defining data and labeling needs.
• Work closely with the Python Platform team to productionize solutions with clean service boundaries, monitoring, and scalability.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of ML algorithms, metrics, search, RAG, and agent design.
• Experience with frameworks like LlamaIndex, LangChain, PyTorch, and TensorFlow for tuning and evaluation.
• Strong Python engineering background, ideally three or more years in production environments.
• Experience building backend services using technologies like FastAPI, Docker, Pydantic, and PostgreSQL.
• Clear communication in English required.
• Ability to work independently, iterate fast, and collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams.
