Senior IoT Engineer (IIoT)

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and optimize backend software for gateways deployed across diverse Alfa Laval products.
• Collaborate with tech lead and cross-functional teams to deliver robust, modular, and scalable IoT solutions.
• Ensure high standards of cybersecurity, stability, and performance in harsh industrial environments.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of containerized solutions (Docker) for various hardware platforms.
• Support cloud integration (Azure) for device management, data collection, and remote updates.
• Participate in agile planning, estimation, and team-driven workload management.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in edge development.
• Hands-on experience with Linux.
• Knowledge of Python and C#.
• Hands-on experience with Docker applications.
• Experience with / understanding of Azure DevOps & Azure IoT Services.
• Hands-on experience designing and securing robust OTA (Over The Air) mechanisms.
