What you will do

• Write clear, concise, and user-friendly UX copy for various product flows, messages, and states.
• Own the end-to-end localization process for product content, leveraging AI tools.
• Optimize AI tools for translation and copy support, improving prompts, rules, and outputs.
• Maintain and evolve glossaries, terminology rules, and style guides across languages.
• Act as the guardian of product language consistency across UX, emails, website, and help content.
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams early in the design process to shape flows through language.

Requirements

• Native-level English proficiency, with the ability to write natural, high-quality UX copy.
• Proven experience in UX writing, product copywriting, or content design.
• Strong understanding of UX flows and user behavior.
• Hands-on experience working with AI tools and applying them to content and localization processes.
• Ability to take ownership of processes and continuously optimize them.
• High attention to detail and consistency.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or regulated products.
• Experience managing localization at scale.
• Familiarity with Figma and product design workflows.
• Experience building or maintaining content systems.
