What you will do

• Set and uphold artistic standards across all character art outputs.
• Mentor and support Lead/Senior Artists for their professional growth.
• Implement best practices, monitor feedback, and ensure visual excellence.
• Focus on departmental development and workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with Production, Sales, and Tech Art to align creative direction.
• Ensure accurate bids, manage risks, and lead project onboarding.

Requirements

• Proven success in a senior or management role within the games industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality character and creature artwork.
• Mastery of industry-standard tools for character art.
• Commercial awareness to align creative decisions with business goals.
• Excellent communication for collaborative cross-discipline work.
• Resilience and diplomacy when facing pressure and supporting the team.
