What you will do
- Lead design development for digital, print, and marketing assets across various platforms.
- Interpret client briefs and business requirements into creative concepts and final designs.
- Ensure brand guidelines are consistently followed across all outputs.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Copywriters, Marketing teams, and Stakeholders.
- Review and guide the work of junior designers, providing constructive feedback.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting quality standards and SLAs.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Good understanding of digital design, layouts, typography, and color theory.
- Experience in brand design and marketing communications.
- Ability to conceptualize ideas and execute independently.
- Strong attention to detail and design quality.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
