What you will do

• Transform and optimize significant parts of the app to enhance user experience and interactivity.
• Collaborate closely with Founders and Engineering teams to ship interactive, production-ready features.
• Build independent projects from scratch, focusing on growth features or experimental design interfaces for education.
• Integrate craft into both design and code, ensuring high quality and user delight.
• Develop and scale a design system and reusable components to accelerate AI prototyping.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience building interfaces in a B2C startup environment.
• Proven ability to ship high-performing interfaces that impact key metrics and delight users.
• Deep care for design quality, micro-animations, and the overall user experience.
• Ability to think in systems, using data-driven insights for millions of users.
• Experience in coding your own components and building design systems.
• English: B2 required for effective communication within a global team.
