What you will do

• Design and edit short, high-impact videos (up to 2 minutes) for paid user acquisition on social platforms (Meta, YouTube Shorts, TikTok).
• Generate and iterate ideas with the marketing team, enhancing message clarity and visual impact.
• Perform retrospective analyses of ad performance to refine creative approaches.
• Utilize AI tools (Runway, Pika, Luma, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Sora, Kling, Veo) for video generation, enhancement, and ideation.
• Continuously experiment with new AI tools and creative technologies.
• Analyze competitors’ ads and social trends to stay ahead of worldwide creative patterns.

Requirements

• 1+ year of work experience as a Video Editor.
• Strong expertise in After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Experience with AI tools for creative production.
• Basic knowledge of performance marketing and ability to create visually compelling, selling content.
• A modular approach to editing and creative iteration.
• Attention to detail, strong self-organization, and time management.
• English: B2 required.

• Ability to spot emerging content formats, hooks, and cultural signals before they peak.
• Experience integrating AI tools into daily workflows and production cycles.
• Understanding of creative performance metrics and a data-informed approach to iteration.
