What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end HPI Business Unit, driving revenue, profitability, and year-on-year growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans and promotional programs aligned with HPI priorities.
  • Build strong, proactive relationships with HP Inc. vendor teams to unlock new opportunities.
  • Coach, mentor, and elevate capability across sales, product, and marketing teams.
  • Analyse monthly performance across all HPI categories, identifying gaps and driving corrective action.
  • Lead the annual budgeting and planning process, ensuring delivery against brand targets and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience managing a business, product, or vendor portfolio, ideally within Endpoint solutions.
  • Strong understanding of laptops, desktops, printers, and accessories.
  • Proven ability to build trusted, influential relationships with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Skilled in leading change, driving strategic initiatives, and influencing outcomes.
  • Strong people leadership capability with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Commercially minded, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
