What you will do

• Mediate between different departments to ensure smooth and efficient asset integration.
• Achieve and maintain efficient art pipelines that are consistent across projects.
• Participate in the development of tools and solutions for artists.
• Teach and document pipelines and best practices.

Requirements

• Expertise working with Unity engine and C# scripting.
• Understanding of game asset pipelines.
• Optimization techniques for mobile.
• Problem-solving and communication skills.
• English: B2 required
• Must be able to work from the Barcelona office in a hybrid model

Nice to have

• Shader knowledge (CG, HLSL or Shader Graph).
• VFX knowledge.
• Spine2D knowledge.
• Adobe Animate or similar.
• Previous experience in 2D/3D mobile games development.
