Business Functional Analyst

Location: Diegem, Belgium with hybrid work (70% remote) and flex abroad program allowing up to 45 days abroad

What you will do

• Collaborate with clients to understand and define business challenges and translate them into actionable requirements.
• Document AS-IS and TO-BE scenarios covering business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Design use cases and wireframes to visualize proposed solutions.
• Lead workshops with clients to gather insights and foster collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in analysis or similar role.
• Proficiency in bridging business requirements and IT solutions.
• Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and stakeholder management.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; French is a plus.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with UML, BPMN, and SQL.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Knowledge of designing wireframes and writing detailed use cases.
