What you will do

  • Configure hirify.global's platform for new customer onboardings and product enhancements.
  • Translate business needs into clean, reliable system setups.
  • Support data setup, testing, and go-live preparation.
  • Troubleshoot configuration issues and improve setups.
  • Work closely with Implementation Managers, Leads, and Account Managers.
  • Document configurations and contribute to better, faster delivery practices.

Requirements

  • Experience implementing or configuring SaaS or enterprise software platforms.
  • Experience working in delivery-oriented or customer-facing technical roles.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into reliable technical setups.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
  • Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks or projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
  • Fluent English skills.
