Focus on designing highly available, multi-region control-plane and data-plane architectures, owning service/platform boundaries, and establishing security, identity, and networking standards for production-grade SaaS platforms.

Location: Prague, Czech Republic (onsite). Relocation package provided to Prague, Czech Republic.

What you will do

• Define and evolve the cloud-native architecture for hirify.global Cloud services with an Azure-first mindset and a clear path to multi-cloud readiness.
• Own service and platform boundaries, APIs, state management, and data durability, including deployment and release strategies (CI/CD, progressive delivery).
• Establish and champion platform standards for security, identity, networking, and compliance aligned with Azure best practices.
• Shape the cloud infrastructure and internal developer platform, including workload isolation, upgrades, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Work cross-functionally to translate product requirements and customer scenarios into scalable architectures and lead threat modeling.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software, platform, or infrastructure engineering, including 4+ years designing and operating cloud-native distributed systems, with strong hands-on experience on at least one major public cloud (Azure strongly preferred).
• Proven track record architecting and operating production-grade SaaS platforms or cloud services at scale.
• Strong foundation in cloud networking, identity, and security fundamentals, plus experience working closely with SRE / Platform teams.
• Experience with stateful services, storage systems, or data platforms, and exposure to multi-region/multi-cloud architectures.
• Clear, structured communicator able to explain complex systems to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Expected to work from the Prague office in compliance with Pure’s policies.
