Junior Legal Counsel (Corporate)
SMART & COMPLIANT ADVISORS is a consulting firm based in Limassol, Cyprus, providing corporate and legal support to international clients.
We are looking for a Junior Legal Counsel to join our corporate department and support legal and administrative services for clients.
The role involves working with corporate documentation, contracts, and compliance matters in close cooperation with the team 🤝
Key Responsibilities
— Support the corporate department in providing administrative and legal services to clients
— Assist in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts (service, IP, NDA, employment, data protection)
— Support corporate governance tasks, including preparation of board and shareholder documents
— Assist with compliance matters and internal policies
— Support corporate transactions and due diligence processes
— Maintain legal templates and internal documentation
Requirements
— Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent
— 0–2 years of experience in corporate or commercial law
— Basic knowledge of corporate, commercial, and data protection law
— Good drafting and communication skills
— Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
— Good command of English
Conditions
— Full-time position
— Office-based role in Limassol, Cyprus
