What you will do

• Ensure testability is prioritized throughout the SDLC and create test plans for designs and architecture.
• Develop and execute new test strategies with development and product teams.
• Identify and implement improvements in test tooling, data, and environments.
• Perform strong exploratory and non-functional testing including load tests.
• Maintain regression suites and support automation efforts using Cypress and mobile frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with agile team members to improve team effectiveness and testing processes.

Requirements

• Location: Must work in a hybrid setup in Manila, Philippines
• English: B2 level or higher
• Experience with exploratory, functional, and non-functional testing.
• Automation experience, especially with Cypress and mobile automation frameworks.
• API test automation skills using Postman.
• Ability to coach teams on quality and testing coverage.
