What you will do

• Review and understand business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Design, prepare, and maintain detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test data.
• Perform various types of manual testing, including Functional, Integration, System, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Execute test cases and document test results.
• Identify, log, track, and follow up on defects using defect tracking tools like JIRA and ALM.
• Work closely with developers and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Perform retesting and regression testing after defect fixes and ensure test coverage and quality standards.
• Participate in test planning, daily standups, review meetings, and provide status reporting and test metrics.

Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in the banking domain.
• Hands-on testing expertise across various banking applications and workflows.
• Strong grasp of Core Banking Systems.
• Experience with BB (Business Banking), CASA (Current Account Savings Account), and Online Account Opening (OAO) processes.
• Proficiency with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM).
