What you will do

• Define and execute the roadmap for our internal AI Copilot, moving it to a mission-critical tool for our sales teams.
• Design how the tool joins data from CRM, internal data lakes, and external intelligence to provide "human-readable" actionable insights.
• Act as the translator between engineers and the end-users to ensure the product solves real-world sales friction.
• Transform complex AI outputs into a seamless, intuitive experience, ensuring high adoption and measurable impact.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Product Management, ideally within an AI-first startup or a high-growth environment where you’ve built and scaled AI-driven products.
• A strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and how Generative AI interacts with structured CRM data.
• Familiarity with RAG frameworks and the challenges of data grounding.
• Experience building internal tools or Salesforce integrations.
