What you will do

• Manage marketing requests from the marketing team and stakeholders.
• Plan and promote events and campaigns in advance.
• Prepare marketing activity reports and measure program success.
• Support marketing plan and strategy development through analysis and forecasting.
• Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the marketing team.
• Investigate competitors to identify best practices and products.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work based in Albania
• English: Fluent or mother tongue
• Strong analytical and multitasking skills.
• Experience with Jira is a plus.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Highly creative with experience in digital campaigns and audience targeting.
