🚨We are looking for a Senior People Partner to join our office in Warsaw or Yerevan.
🤓What we’re looking for:
• 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner
• Strong business-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
• Solid understanding of all HR processes
• Experience working with management
• English B1+, Ukrainian/Russian C2
💻Responsibilities:
• Implementation and development of HR processes
• Managing employee turnover and retention
• Onboarding and team development
• One-on-one meetings, feedback, and manager consulting
• HR analytics and operational processes
