We are seeking a skilled and data-savvy Performance Marketing Executive specialised in mobile applications to join our dynamic team.

What you will do

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies for app campaigns across various platforms.
• Conduct targeted audience research tailored to app users.
• Analyse campaign data to optimise app-specific metrics and user engagement.
• Prepare insightful reports to communicate app campaign outcomes, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Manage advertising budgets to ensure a strong ROI in app marketing campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to refine campaign strategies.

Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, with a focus on managing large-scale app campaigns.
• Proven experience in an app-first business environment, especially in the financial services or gaming industry.
• In-depth knowledge of app-tailored digital advertising platforms (I.e., Google Ads, Meta, and AppLovin).
• Experience in using third party app measurement platforms (i.e., Firebase, AppsFlyer) and competitor analysis platforms (i.e., [data.ai](http://data.ai)).
• Very good knowledge of English.
