Join Grata DMC, a leader in creating unique MICE events, business trips, and team-building activities in Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Armenia. We’re looking for an Event Manager to join our Tbilisi team!
Project: Organize high-quality MICE events, manage logistics, budgets, and supplier relationships.
Tech stack: MS Office, project management tools.
Team: Collaborative environment, leading project teams to deliver exceptional events.
Responsibilities: Develop supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, analyze markets, create competitive MICE products, manage projects end-to-end, prepare business presentations, and lead teams.
Requirements: 2–3 years of experience in MICE, event management, or project management; skills in sales, market analysis, and presentations; Intermediate English and Russian (Georgian/French is a plus); readiness for business trips.
Perks: Official contract from day one, 24 days of paid vacation, paid sick leave, remote work option for minor illnesses, company-provided equipment, fuel compensation, insurance after probation, and partial/full coverage of training courses after 6 months.
Probation: 3 months.
