Location: Work in a location in the heart of Doha, Qatar. This is a hybrid role, with possible travel across our markets.

What you will do

• Participate in and lead company-wide projects focused on business improvement.
• Conduct necessary analysis for projects, identifying optimal solutions considering client satisfaction, cost, and profitability.
• Identify areas for improvement and contribute to continuous improvement strategies across business areas.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant experience (consulting, operations, or tech).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• Fluent in English (C1).
• Experience with Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
