Location: Hybrid Work: 2 days in office are recommended but not enforced. Headquarters in Vilnius, with offices across Europe.

Salary: €7,579 – €10,254 gross per month

What you will do

• Lead the People Business Partnering model, setting direction and operating model across hirify.global.
• Line-manage and develop a team of senior People Business Partners.
• Act as the principal strategic People Business Partner to Engineering (c. 900 employees).
• Partner with Engineering Leadership on people strategy, organisational design, and workforce planning.
• Lead key people processes (performance ratings, compensation, talent reviews) for supported areas.
• Coordinate specialist support from People Growth & Development, Talent Acquisition, Rewards, and People Operations.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 7 years in a strategic business partnering role as trusted advisor supporting senior leadership (C-level or equivalent).
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including leading a team (minimum 3 direct reports) or large-scale cross-functional project teams across multiple geographies.
• Expertise in organisational design, talent management, and leadership development.
• Proven ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders, balancing commercial needs with people-centric strategies.
• Strong business acumen, understanding industry dynamics, financial implications, and market trends.
• Exceptional communication skills and able to work in a cross-cultural environment whilst building sustainable relationships across all levels of the organisation.
