What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of mission-critical products, ensuring team commitments are met with high velocity and quality.
• Partner with Product and Business to define roadmaps and translate customer needs, including AI-integrated features, into actionable engineering plans.
• Hire, mentor, and develop a diverse team of engineers, fostering a culture of high agency, growth, and collective success.
• Collaborate with Tech Leads and Architects to solve complex problems, influence design discussions, and drive long-term architectural planning.
• Drive engineering best practices, ensuring technical debt is managed and systems are built for long-term reliability.
• Continuously evaluate and implement AI-powered tools to streamline internal workflows and boost team productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• 7-11 years of experience in software engineering and 2-4 years of experience in leading engineering teams.
• Strong experience in Agile software development processes such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with people and drive them towards a common goal.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Golang / Java / Python / Node.js, SQL, and Kafka.
