What you will do
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients as their primary technical point of contact.
- Proactively identify opportunities to optimize client payment solutions and ensure successful product adoption and utilization.
- Provide expert guidance and troubleshooting assistance, promptly resolving technical inquiries and issues.
- Lead and coordinate the addition of new payment solutions and technical migrations for clients.
- Act as a conduit between clients and internal teams, gathering feedback for product roadmap improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and share relevant insights with clients.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an analytical or technical role with experience managing internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Payments industry regulations and technical frameworks (3DS, SCA, AVS, MIT).
- Familiarity with API-based integration methods and related tools/frameworks.
- Familiarity with front-end and back-end technologies (i.e., JavaScript, CSS, HTML).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Good in speaking and writing in both English and Chinese, and in speaking Mandarin.

- Knowledge of payments technology, compliance standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, PSD2), and security protocols.
