Location: This role supports a hybrid work model, allowing employees to split time between working on-site at assigned hirify.global sites in Penang or Kulim, Malaysia, and off-site.

What you will do

• Provide technical support to customers for solutions incorporating hirify.global products and technologies.
• Investigate and troubleshoot hardware-related issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Represent customer and market needs to engineering teams for new product development.
• Collaborate with sales teams to resolve technical questions and participate in customer visits.
• Own, develop, and maintain technical content and collaterals (e.g., videos, white papers, design guides).
• Present product training material and educate customers on hirify.global technology advances.

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of hirify.global Architecture and chipsets, Hardware IO, PCIe, USB spec, HSIO, and memory architecture.
• Experience with schematic tool review.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and a persistent attitude.

Nice to have

• Programming skills in C++ and/or C#.
