QA automation Engineer (CCaaS, Europe)
Location: European time zones (fully remote & flexible hours).
Product: An AI-driven platform that operates as a Cloud Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) with a variety of customer experience solutions.
Your responsibilities
- End-to-end tests (Kotlin) for the UI and API that connect the UI to all systems.
- Analyze the priority of quality criteria and understand what needs to be covered at the end-to-end level & how the system described in the acceptance criteria works under the hood.
- Focus on a proper distribution of tests across the test pyramid.
Our expectations
- Minimum 7 years of QA experience.
- At least 5 recent years as a test automation engineer (Java / Kotlin / Groovy / Scala).
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.
- Located in Europe.
