What you will do

• Build and evolve the next-generation hirify.global shared component library framework using Swift.
• Collaborate with multiple engineering teams to enable development, re-use, and problem-solving.
• Develop and test standard software applications in Swift UI to meet design requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and continuous delivery in an agile development team.
• Be involved in product feature development, working closely with global teams.
• Advocate for AI-first thinking within the mobile team, identifying opportunities for AI to improve user experience, developer productivity, or operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience developing features in Swift (preferred) and Objective-C.
• Knowledge of API service connection paradigms and GraphQL.
• Familiarity with associated technologies in the wider lifecycle ecosystem like CI/CD, Git, and Github Actions.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to work on a fast-paced team.
• Critical thinker, able to voice concerns when needed.
• Experience coaching or mentoring other engineers to elevate their technical skillsets.
