TL;DR

Forward Deployed Engineer (UAE): Partnering with strategic customers to understand requirements, design solutions, configure the hirify.global platform, and ensure successful deployments with an accent on technical discovery, solution design, and data profiling. Focus on co-building integrations, data pipelines, and workflows using APIs, and troubleshooting system, data, and workflow issues.

Location: Must be based in the UAE

Salary: AED 404,030 - 495855 (OTE)

What you will do

• Partner with customer business & technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Lead technical discovery, solution design, configuration, data profiling, and data upload during onboarding and expansion projects.
• Co-build integrations, data pipelines, and workflows using APIs and available tools.
• Troubleshoot by diagnosing system, data, and workflow issues and driving resolution end-to-end.
• Serve as the technical advisor and trusted partner to customers throughout their lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering to convey customer needs and influence roadmap priorities.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role (Solutions Engineer, Implementation Engineer, FDE, or similar)
• Strong experience working with the platform, APIs, integrations, and data workflows.
• Comfort reading/writing basic scripts (Python, TypeScript, SQL or similar)
• Experience working with enterprise systems (ERP, procurement, middleware, or similar)
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to operate independently and proactively.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience in procurement, supply chain, or enterprise SaaS
• Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced scaling environment.
• Background working in or supporting customers in the Middle East region
• Arabic language skills (a plus, not required)
