What you will do

  • Work with VMware vSphere in production environments.
  • Support Dell storage systems (PowerMax, PowerStore, PowerVault).
  • Operate Commvault backup solutions.
  • Follow procedures and work within change processes.
  • Escalate issues appropriately.
  • Maintain strong communication and documentation.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure or systems operations.
  • Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere in production environments.
  • Exposure to Cisco UCS and/or Cisco Intersight.
  • Experience supporting Dell storage systems (PowerMax, PowerStore, PowerVault).
  • Experience operating Commvault backup solutions.
  • Understanding of SAN/NAS fundamentals (FC, iSCSI, NFS, SMB).
  • Ability to follow procedures, work within change processes, and escalate appropriately.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.

Nice to have

  • PowerShell/PowerCLI scripting exposure.
  • Basic knowledge of automation or Infrastructure-as-Code concepts.
  • Familiarity with ITIL-based incident and change management.
