What you will do

• Build and maintain reliable processes to keep platform and service inventory data accurate and up-to-date.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of 5-6 engineers.
• Architect and implement self-improving, self-healing, large-scale data pipelines and AI/ML-enabled systems.
• Lead the development of data warehousing and analytics solutions (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable data and ML solutions.
• Evangelize scorecard usage across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, AI/ML engineering, or closely related roles, with a strong background in large-scale data systems.
• Expert-level Python skills and solid SQL knowledge, including data pipeline development and database performance optimization.
• Proven experience designing and building scalable, reliable, and maintainable data and ML systems.
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including system design, testing, deployment, and data management.
• Experience leading technical initiatives, mentoring engineers, and providing technical guidance across teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and align technical solutions with business needs.

• Experience in leading remote engineering teams is a plus.
