What you will do

• Lead the technical vision for WPS Add-on development and integration with the Workspace Platform.
• Design and deliver high-performance, secure, and scalable solutions using TypeScript, Node.js, and Office.js.
• Ensure performance, security, and compliance standards are met across all deliverables.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and deployment strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-location teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
• Mentor engineers and champion best practices in architecture, coding, and testing.

Requirements

• 8+ Years as a software developer.
• Advanced proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and modern web frameworks.
• Knowledge of Office.js, Office APIs, and integration with enterprise platforms.
• Experience with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud environments (Azure preferred).
• Solid understanding of CI/CD, automated testing, and observability practices.
• Hands-on experience with C/C++ development for performance-critical components or native integrations.

Nice to have

• Experience with Linux OS application development on ARM CPU architecture, including optimization.
• Familiarity with performance tuning, memory management, and cross-platform development.
• Prior experience in Office add-on ecosystems or similar integration frameworks.
